Dylan joined ACG in 2019 having spent nearly two decades in the Investment Banking industry, followed by a tenure as an entrepreneur and business owner, having co-founded a merchant banking group.
During his initial years in employment, Dylan worked as a government bond trader at BZW/ Barclays Capital with additional responsibility over a proprietary trading book. Further career progression followed at Credit Suisse, Nomura and Vantage Capital Markets in senior coverage roles, where, over the years he transitioned from European interest rate and credit flow sales to private banking-type structured product distribution. By the onset of the global financial crisis, Dylan’s responsibilities had pivoted towards structured credit, with a focus on the European RMBS, CMBS and CLO markets, which continued for a number of years as he assisted bad banks and other institutional investors liquidate and/ or restructure their impaired portfolios.
In 2015, Dylan co-founded and was Head of Fixed Income and COO at Castille Capital, a merchant banking group built around an EU asset manager and UK broker-dealer, focusing on direct private investments in emerging markets and special situations in developed markets. The core business of the firm revolved around the structuring and financing of infrastructure and power projects. At Castille Capital, Dylan also built-out an originate-to-distribute private debt platform, with the firm’s first sourcing mandate secured from a South Korean investor for infrastructure and energy mezzanine loans and equity.
Dylan holds a B.Sc. (Econ) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
